Report a wrong or unclear question

In the app, tap the flag or the menu on any question and choose to send a note. Tell us what looks wrong and we will check it against the handbook.

Reminders or daily facts not arriving

Open the iPhone's Settings, Notifications, Citizenly and make sure notifications are allowed. Then check the times in the app under Settings, Reminders and Daily facts.

Widgets

Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap + and search for Citizenly. To choose chapters for one widget, touch and hold it and tap Edit Widget.

Your data

Everything is stored on your iPhone. To remove it, use Settings, Delete all my data in the app. See the privacy policy for details.
